According to the rules for Credit Mobility of Erasmus+ Project Coordinator (Muş Alparslan University (Turkey)) such documents required for incoming students:

1. Application Form for Study/ Application Form for Practical Placement (please fill, sign and print it, then send by e-mail)
2. Learning Agreement for studies/ Learning Agreement for Traineeship approved by your institution (by e-mail)
3. Transcript of Records from sending institution (in English)
4. Housing Application (included in the Application Form)
5. Copy of your valid passport or National ID Card
6. Nomination from sending institution (by email)
7. The European Health card or a private health insurance

GUIDE FOR INCOMING STAFF

Staff Mobility for Teaching 

1. Check the Course Catalouges;

2. Fill in the Teaching Mobility Agreement;

3. Contact with the  Erasmus+ Project Coordinator and receive approvals;

4. Send your documents to erasmusofis@alparslan.edu.tr .

Staff Mobility for Training

1. Plan your visiting purpose;

2. Fill in the Training Mobility Agreement;

3. Contact with the  Erasmus+ Project Coordinator and receive approvals;

4. Send your documents to erasmusofis@alparslan.edu.tr.
